Installation and training
During this phase we will set up your new hardware and software applications – freeing up your existing staff to concentrate on their core job function.
We will also train your relevant staff on how to get the most out of the new equipment, ensuring that you're able to clearly differentiate your services from those of your competition, stimulating new business.
Having installed your new equipment, our dedicated trainers will work with you to ensure all relevant employees receive the level of training they need to operate the equipment efficiently and gain the most value from your digital print devices. The training can be delivered to employees on an individual basis or in small groups to create a "hands on" learning opportunity around each device. The training will be tailored to meet your exact requirements, though typically focuses on:

At the end of this phase your equipment operators will have the technical expertise and confidence they need to gain the most from your new hardware and software purchases.
